01. Dedication to quality
We use CCC One and AdjustRite software and can handle total losses as per your company's guidelines, such as calling in to CCC One or other sources. We also use JD Power, Carfax, Autotrader, and other online sources for values and comparables if you prefer an ACV Evaluation, along with salvage bids when necessary. We also can handle "Photos Only" and Desk Reviews when requested. Along with Auto and Light Truck estimating, we also handle RV's, Motorcycles, Powersports, and Marine. We also can handle "Diminished Value Claims" when requested.
02. Highly trained in more ways than one
I started in the Collision Industry in 1981 at a GM dealer, performed duties from starting at the parts clerk to management for 11 years before working in the claims industry.
03. Coverage Area & Service Fees
We cover Memphis, TN, West, TN, and North, MS. I generally handle East of the MS River and West of the TN River but have handled outside those areas when in need. I feel our service fees are competitive if not lower than our competition. Email for current rates.
